And really hard to make buildings that look like "shops" with it. Could we maybe get 12? pweeze? It's just a HUGE item for such a small space. The best "pretty" method of storage atm is using 2 wall shelves then 3 baskets under it for space reasons. 128 should be the minimum for this, again "wood" tier! Stone/Iron Corner Shelf (WHERE'S A WOOD OPTION?) Holds. again 8 items per block sounds reasonable for "wood" tier does it not? Say 10 for stone tier? and these are 2x2x2 on 6 voxels of space.
Wood/Stone Supply Racks/ Wall Shelves- 12 AGAIN. (especially since it requires more raw mats) Though would love to see that number reach at least the same as what 4 small crates would hold. Not to even mention that you could do plain cloth is 12, Colored cloth is 24. This NEEDS to be upped to at LEAST 24 for some quality of life. It makes more sense to just use small crates in those 4 spaces to store 32 items. RAW STORAGE ITEMS- BAH utterly USELESS in a functionalty to space ratio.īaskets/Tables/Iron Bins cloth/stone/iron. I LOVE LOVE LOVE though how visually you can see when these following things are "stocked" and though would love to see multiple items on one shelf, I can understand coding wise why that would be more difficult, so can overlook that for now. Now for the things that are upsetting and although "pretty" they are just not functional in their current state. Holds 8 items on 1 block so in a 2x2x1 you can hold 32 Which is the same as a singular large crate which is a 2x2x2 (stacking crates WOULD look good! I would LOVE to see this in games so we could make warehouses but I would suggest halfing their current value to balance it) Holds 64 items and is 2x2x2 thats 8 blocks we're not going to talk about that 256 monster for now lets focus on basics.Ĭhests Wood/Stone. Also are we doing the 64 thing cause minecraft does it? Just wondering there.) (ie a wood Chest holds 64 a stone should hold roughly 96.
Not saying that Stone should be 2x wood but at least 1/2 an increase in value per "voxel" would be a huge quality of life improvement. and it does force that player to "tier up" and not remain stagnant in the wood age. I also suggest having "Tiers" of storage although it doesn't make spacious sense in real world it's sort of how gamers are used to games being played. Let's look at numbers since right now they just are not where they really should be per "tile" on this I am speaking about "built" storages not "storehouse zones." I always want to make a very good looking city but I also want one that's functional as well as appealing.
